About our jewelry
What is your jewelry made of?
All soleil à deux pieces are crafted in 18k gold-plated stainless steel. Some pieces also feature pearls, cubic zirconia, or natural stones, as listed on each product page.
Is your jewelry waterproof?
Yes. Every piece is designed to be worn in the shower, sea, and pool without losing its shine.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Absolutely. All our jewelry is hypoallergenic, nickel-free, and lead-free, making it suitable for even the most sensitive skin.
Will it tarnish?
Our 18k gold-plated stainless steel is tarnish-resistant and keeps its shine for years with normal everyday wear.
Sizing
Are your rings adjustable?
Most of our rings are adjustable for a comfortable fit on most fingers. Specific sizing is listed on each product page.
How do I choose my necklace length?
Each product page lists the exact length and any adjustable extensions. As a guide: 40 to 45 cm sits at the collarbone, 50 cm and above falls lower on the chest.
Orders & shipping
How long does delivery take?
UAE orders arrive in 2 to 4 business days. Other GCC countries arrive in 4 to 7 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All GCC orders of 199 AED or more ship free. Below that, standard shipping is 22 AED.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns & care
Can I return or exchange my order?
