Our window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Conditions
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and in their original condition
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty. Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
How to start a return
Email us at (or WhatsApp +971 55 959 7867) with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll guide you through the next steps within 24 hours.
Return shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong piece.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll get an email as soon as it's done. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
